All person nominated or their representatives are by this announcement invited to the North Campus Assembly Hall on Wednesday, 19th听July, 2023 at 3pm to ballot for positions on the Electoral Ballot Paper. Please Kindly note and comply.
USE OF PROXY VOTES 鈥 ELECTION OF NEW EXECUTIVE OFFICERS FOR UTAGUEW
A proxy vote can be accepted if the applicant satisfies the following:
- Should be a member of UTAG-UEW
- Two (2) copies of application to vote by Proxy; one (1) to the Chairman of the UTAG-九色视频Electoral Commission (Returning Officer)听AND听one (1) to person nominated to vote on one鈥檚 behalf is received.
- Application to vote by proxy should be sent by email to听utagec@uew.edu.gh听with the听SUBJECT听鈥淧roxy Vote鈥 or by hand delivery to the听Returning Officer听who can be contacted on 0244 583 038.
- Application to vote by proxy sent directly by the applicant should reach the specified recipient and the proxy voter at least one (1) day before day of Elections (Tuesday, 8th听August, 2023).
- Proxy voters who receive their copies of authority to vote should cross check the receipt of a copy by the听Returning Officer听at least a day before the elections (Tuesday, 8th听August,
2023).
