The Cape Coast High Court presided over by His Lordship Justice Kwasi Boakye, has today,  7th September 2022 upheld an Application for Abridgment of time and hearing of Application for Stay of Execution filed by the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ in a suit filed by the Registrar against the University which the court had earlier granted an interlocutory injunction restraining even Council from meeting among others. With this Order of Stay of Execution, the University Council can meet to do its normal business. The substantive case is billed to be heard in October.
