Her presentation covered crucial topics such as staff promotion, annual leave, sabbatical leave, leave of absence, maternity and paternity leave, secondment, and various other policies. Participants gained insights into accessing these policy documents within the university framework.

The Resource Person emphasised the proper handling of official documents at the departmental and faculty levels. Stressing the importance of following due processes, Ms. Dare highlighted the need for documents to pass through appropriate channels, facilitating easy tracking and tracing.
