BBA Marketing and Entrepreneurship

Entry RequirementÌý

1. SSSCE Candidates: Credit passes (A-D) in six (6) subjects comprising three (3) core subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, plus three (3) elective subjects.

2. WASSCE Candidates: Credit passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects comprising three (3) core subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, plus three (3) elective subjects.

3. General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level candidates: Passes in three (3) GCE Advanced Level subjects (at least one of the passes should be Grade D or better). Also, the applicant must have had credit passes (Grade 6) in five GCE Ordinary Level subjects including English, Mathematics, a General Science or Social Studies.

4. Admission of Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates: Applicant must have graduated with a good HND certificate (at least second-class lower division).

5. Other diploma qualification from elsewhere assessed to be equivalent to HND by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) may be similarly considered.

6. Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE) candidates: Passes in three (3) subjects (at least one of the passes should be Grade D or better). Also, the applicant must have credit passes in five (5) subjects including English, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social Studies in the General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE).

7. Mature Students’ entry: The applicant must be at least twenty-five (25) years old, at the time of registration and show proof of age with birth certificate or any legitmate document. In addition, the applicant must pass the mature student’s entrance examinations conducted by ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵand a possible interview.

8. Foreign Qualifications: All foreign qualifications should be referred to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for determination of equivalences and eligibility for admission to tertiary institutions in Ghana before an application is made.

9. Professional and other entry qualifications: All professional certificates and any oather qualification beyond the ones specified above should be referred to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for the establishment of their equivalences, to determine their eligibility for admission.

10. WASSCE Awaiting Results: Candidates who are awaiting results may apply whiles they await the release of results.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management

Entry Requirement

Applicants must have a good first degree (at least a Second-Class Division) in any academic discipline from a recognized institution.

Applicants with third class division may be considered for admission on grounds of substantial working/professional experience. They will be required to pass an entrance examination prior to the selection interview.

Foreign applicants with academics with academic and professional qualifications equivalent to a degree and certified by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) may apply for admission.

All applicants must pass a competitive selection interview to be considered for admission.
