The manual has been designed to assist students in effectively navigating the Online Student Information System (OSIS II). It provides clear and comprehensive guidance on key processes, including:

This resource aims to enhance the user experience by offering step-by-step instructions, reducing the need for additional support, and minimising system-related challenges, especially during peak periods such as the start of each semester.
