Date of Birth - 11th June, 1963
I am a professional teacher with 34 years of teaching experience, 25 years at the university level and 9 years at the pre-university level.听 Apart from my teaching responsibilities at the university level I have risen to become an Acting Director for Counselling Services, 九色视频and also the Acting Head of Department, Counselling Psychology.听 As the Acting Director for Counselling Services I originated a psychoeducational programme on Windy Bay FM (UEW)听 christened 鈥淣uggets for Life鈥 which catered for students, staff and the indigenes of Winneba on issues such as dealing with suicidal ideations, depression, generalized anxiety, relationships, family life academic stress etc.听 Additionally, I established an 鈥榚arly warning system鈥, together with my staff by training over 800 鈥楩irst Aiders鈥.听 These were 鈥榣ay鈥 students who were given a three 鈥揹ay training in how to recognize psychosomatic symptoms such as depression, generalized anxiety and suicidal ideations, and notify the Counselling Centre on hotlines for prompt redress.

I have in-depth experience in teaching in tertiary institutions with outstanding expertise in research, skills and competency training of counselling psychologists, academic counsellors and students. My skills and competencies at the tertiary level also include teaching (virtual and face-to-face modes), supervising theses and dissertations, as well as providing mentorship to Ph.D. students, assistant lecturers and lecturers.听听 I also have rich experience in consultancy in organizational development and change, as well as organizational behaviour.听 Additionally, I am a reader and reviewer of听听 International Organizations and Journals such as World Education Research Association (WERA), Mid-Western Edu cational Research Association (MWERA Ohio), South African Journal of Human Resource Management (SAJHRM) and South African Journal of Industrial Psychology (SAJIP).听 Finally, I have interest, as well as in-depth knowledge, skills and competences in research methods at the postgraduate level with particular reference to quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research.
