Dr. Theresa Antwi holds Doctor's degree in Guidance and Counselling. She is a senior lecturer and a licensed professional counsellor with several years of experience in the field. She specializes in student-teacher dynamics in educational settings and the dynamics of marital, couple and family relationships.

 As a lecturer and a counsellor working with students and individuals with various needs, her counselling approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She believes in building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where they can openly express their thoughts and feelings.
