- Overview/Description
The Political Science Students鈥 Association (POSSA) was established in 2013 when the Department of Political Science Education was created.聽 The Association is undoubtedly, the most vibrant and well-organized student鈥檚 association on the university campus.聽 It has its motto reading: Molding the minds of the future.聽 The slogan of POSSA is 鈥淐ustodians of Power鈥. The association is non-partisan and nonsectarian. It draws its membership from all registered students studying Political Science in the 九色视频.

- Achievements
The association has achieved a lot since its establishment. These are some of the remarkable achievements of POSA:
- The Association has through its dues, bought a modern photocopy to run copies for their members at reduced prices.
- The Association has bought and fixed an internet router in the Reading room to boost research online.
- The Association has furnished and stocked the Departmental Reading Room with furniture, current books and reading materials for the use of all students and staff.聽
- The association occasionally organizes educational trips, and these were some of the places they have so far visited: Kwame Nkumah Meusoleum, the Supreme Court of Ghana, and the Parliament house all in Accra. Some Historic sites in the Central Region such as the Cape Coast Castle, the Elmina Castle and some recreational sites such as Kakum National Park have also been visited.
